Club Creatives is an afterschool teen program that provides high-quality art workshops and museum tours to youth organizations. Programs can occur at Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art (SMoCA) or at your organization.
Club Creatives:
- Enhances Scottsdale Arts’ connection to youth in our community, helping to build the next generation of art lovers and creative contributors.
- Is designed to empower youth and encourage positive identity by providing constructive activities outside of school that develop skills and increase social competencies, such as decision making, interpersonal competence, and conflict resolution.
- Works in tandem with community partners to allow teens to work alongside local professionals, to develop their skills, and gain valuable advice and experience with unconventional career fields.
Scottsdale Arts Learning & Innovation hosts field trips to SMoCA with personalized art activities or brings a teaching artist to lead personalized workshops at your facility.
Ages: 12–20
Cost: $50 fee (five-person minimum)
Length: 90 minutes, including workshop and tour
