About the Event

Participants will create customized maps using various drawing materials detailing their real and imagined favorite places, daily journeys, and life histories! Led by exhibiting artist Jen Urso and inspired by the Contours of a Story exhibition, we’ll redefine how we typically think about maps to create colorful drawings that will act as keepsakes to cherish the special places in our own lives. Feel free to bring photos of family vacations, solo trips, and images of places you’ve always wanted to visit for inspiration.
