The Life Stories summer series is a four-part workshop program for writers of all experience levels, from beginner to expert.

Linda Pressman is the author of both Looking Up: A Memoir of Sisters, Survivors and Skokie and Jewish Girls Gone Wild, which was recently published. Looking Up won the Grand Prize in the Writer’s Digest 20th Annual Contest and is part of the permanent collections of Yad Vashem in Jerusalem; the U.S. Holocaust Museum in Washington, D.C.; and the National Library of Israel. Besides freelance writing work, which has appeared in Kveller, Brainchild magazine, Motherwell magazine, Six Hens, and The Fix, she is also a developmental editor.
