About the Event

Cady Heron may have grown up on an African savanna, but nothing prepared her for the wild and vicious ways of her strange new home: a suburban Illinois high school. How will this naïve newbie rise to the top of the popularity pecking order? Join us for an accessible, anti-ableist musical production of Mean Girls (High School Version), Tina Fey’s enduring story about belonging, friendship, and community, featuring songs made popular by the Broadway cast and recent film, including “Apex Predator,” “Revenge Party,” and “I See Stars.”

All performances include ASL interpreting, live captions above the stage, and audio description for the blind and low vision.

Detour Company Theatre’s family-friendly and inspiring musical productions showcase the theatrical talent, courage, and artistry of adults with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities.
