Balancing Acts: A Writing Workshop for Caregivers is a six-week writing workshop led by Amy Silverman. You are invited to hear the original stories created in this series, which are inspired by the writers’ first-hand experiences as caregivers.

Instructor Amy Silverman is an independent journalist based in Tempe. She’s co-taught the Mothers Who Write workshop for 20 years, co-founded the storytelling series Bar Flies, and is the author of a book about her daughter, My Heart Can’t Even Believe It: A Story of Science, Love and Down Syndrome.
